Beginning life as Hampshire and Surrey Television Engineers in 1996, Haste Ltd has undergone some huge changes since – but we’ve never lost sight of what matters during the journey. We started as a family business, and family values remain at the heart of everything we do.
Our early incarnation as an appliance repair expert allowed us to offer a comprehensive network incident response service on behalf of distribution network operators (DNOs). 10 years after such humble beginnings, Haste had become the industry leader, providing a full in-house response to network incident and voltage-related incidents.
Looking back, our success has been down to several factors, including our full in-house skill sets encompassing electricians, gas engineers and brown and white goods repair agents. Our award winning approach to Health and Safety was also a vital part of the story.
However, we feel it’s our exceptional customer care ethic which truly sets us apart as a market leader.
