I joined Haste in 2019 as HR Advisor, and was soon promoted to my current role. My position has allowed me to implement a range of changes at Haste, and I have been delighted to see these changes continuously support the company’s growth and development.
I pride myself on strong leadership and, while my role has empowered me to make important autonomous decisions, I’m very lucky to work with an amazing team. I believe that together we can achieve so much more. It is a joy to work for Haste and support a forward thinking company during these times of change, and I am excited to see what the future brings.

I joined Haste on day one and have helped develop the products and services Haste offers clients today and my focus is operations.
It’s satisfying to witness Haste sprinkle unique magic over a product or service and to watch it develop from conception to completion. Such as our metering service which has evolved and accomplished many successes. A hallmark of the team, both technically and practically is their support, professionalism, flexibility and adaptability. Providing remarkable utility services with exceptional customer care is built into the fabric of Haste, my position as Head of Metering couldn’t be more rewarding.

Every day here is different and although we sometimes face some immense challenges, our team is extremely durable, no mountain has been too high for us.

Head of Business Development
Much has changed since I joined Haste in 2003 and it operated from a three bed house. It’s been a joy to watch the company grow.
My first role was Customer Care Advisor running my own team. I then became Systems Administrator, then Systems Manager and after completing health and safety training I became Head of SHEQ and Systems.
I’ve always worked in the operational team and still answer the phone to deal with day-to-day customer or client queries. No matter what our role, we are a team and we ensure the needs of our customers and clients are met safely and to the highest of standards.
